Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to process and ship. A confirmation email containing a tracking number will be provided to the email address used upon checkout once an order has shipped. If you place multiple separate orders, please email customer service to inquire about combined shipping.

Please double-check the shipping address to confirm accuracy, as any order which is unable to be delivered due to an invalid address will result incur a 20% restocking fee upon return to our store.

We aim to ship any pre-ordered items on its release day. Orders ship on a first-in-first-out basis and times may vary due to product demand.

 

All orders are packaged with extreme caution and precision to ensure your products are delivered in the same condition as when they leave the store.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any products, except when deemed to be an error on our end. All orders are shipped with safe and secure packaging.

 

For cancelations, please be sure to contact us before a tracking number is provided. Once shipping information has been provided, refunds and cancelation requests will not be accepted. The condition of all products are documented upon departure from the store in order to ensure quality control.

For any factory sealed item that does not match the description on the packaging, a claim must be made directly with The Pokemon Company™

In the event that an item is damaged during transit, please reach out to customer service and we will be glad to assist. If any item was sent incorrectly on our end, please reach out to customer service and we will we happy to correct the issue.
